Giving Tuesday, a simple day encouraging people to do good has grown into a global movement that inspires millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity. The movement propels an influx of grassroots generosity, citizen engagement, business and philanthropy activation, and support for communities and nonprofits worldwide.

The Giving Tuesday Summit 2022 is themed: Spurring local generosity will be held on the 18th of October 2022 in Nairobi, Kenya.

It will provide an opportunity to learn new ways for people to engage with causes, inspiring new approaches to storytelling and enabling a culture of collaboration and innovation across the social sector.

In the #GivingTuesday East Africa Summit, you will hear from some of the leaders championing #GivingTuesday initiatives in East Africa and explore ways your organization can leverage #GivingTuesday to build capacity, better engage supporters, and maximize your impact.
